Knowing your risk could save your live becoming theme of world heart day this
year. Heart attack is the first ranking for people safety, beside infection
illness.
Caused of heart attack, it must be varieties, such as high cholesterol, high
blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and smoking addict. Modern way of life make
People feel unhealthy. We must avoid as junk food, high stress, complicated
problem and others activities that make us not felling health. Perhaps this is just my old story about my classmate, John Mac Andrew.
He likes jogging very much, but his life change so much when he becomes General
Manager of popular company. His body becomes fat and tends to be obesity. He
tells us that he has high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He always complain
that his left chest sick.
He was collapsed when he was playing tennis and the doctor judged him that he
had been heart coroner. There are few Doctor’s suggestions that we can
follow,
1.Paying attention when you feel sick in your left chest and spread over neck,
shoulder, back and left jaw. You will feel shock, queasy, a cold sweat and hard
breath. If you complain about this symptom, it must be handling quickly, because
90 % with specific indication are death, because too late to contact Doctor.
2.To avoid from coroner heart or heart attack, change your way of life. Avoid
high calorie and fatty food, consume much vegetable, fruit and fibrous food.
3.Stop smoking and avoid cigarette smoke and alcohol.
4.These ingredients can make your blood high and week heart and coagulate blood.
5.Routine sport, help to decrease cholesterol, weight and your blood pressure
We can learn from John Mac Andrew experiences and start learning how to live
health and save. Avoid to consume unhealthily food and consult to your Doctor
quickly when you few dangerous symptoms above.
