Get new shape for one month

We get surprised, looking to the mirror, our body getting fat, much fat in our stomach, breast . Dangerous ! We will have important meeting with our prospect, or few days later, we will get married. How to get new shape and slim body before the event coming. We have few strategies. You should be discipline, without it, impossible you get it.

1.Discipline in eating time
We have three times eating in a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It looks so simple, but people tend to neglect it. We sometimes have not time for breakfast, because of busy time. Remember ! Purpose to have breakfast in order to have energy to do activity . Keep in mind ! Eat one piece of bread so that you do not eat so much at night. Avoid eating much carbohydrate at lunch time, as potatoes, rice. Changed to vegetables and beans. Do not consume carbohydrate after five PM.

2.Drink much clear water
People should drink at least 2 until 21/2 liter a day. Seem to much, but the clear water that we drink can help our health. Try to drink one glass before eating . Avoid to eat much because felling full. If you get bored with clear water, change with vegetables and fluid food.

3.Keep on moving
Doing activity is useful than keep staying on chair or watching TV. Keep activity every hour, as going down stair or up stair, doing household and others. Doing activity, burn your calorie.

4.Stomach gymnastic
Doing stomach gymnastic is good, just doing seven minutes a day, after get up and before going to bed at night. Your stomach look flatter and slim.

5.Relaxation
Getting stress is one reason make your diet fail. Women tend to eat much and doing shopping aimless when feeling stress. Please do yoga or going to Spa for relaxation so that your diet get maximal. Try ! Try ! And get a new shape!
