Cecilia is woman 36 years old that has a good career. She is budgeting manager
at International Company with strong future. I think, se has a good salary also,
but she has problems, she says to me one day. She gets bored and feeling not
making progress in her work. Feeling stagnant and not making progress in works
is usual indication, according psychology experts. These conditions are not
belonging to persons that have been working for long time, but new comers will
face the same problem. What are the causes of the problems? Please see below,
1. The new comers are easy to master the work so that they work without thinking.
2. The persons are in comfort area so that they do not need struggling to run
their job.
3. Placed in wrong position. They must work, not appropriate with their skill.
How Cecilia overcome her problems, stagnancy, stress and bored, because impossible
for her to go out from their job.
1. Find a new talent.
Cecilia must look for a new talent that she has. Learn and improve her talent is better.
2. Join mailing list or community that the same profession with her. Share information
and experiences is better so that she can learn much from others.
3. Brainstorming with collage.
Choose the fresh place, relax so that she can discuss and transfer information
and knowledge nicely.
If Cecilia have done many efforts but the result is not maximal. The best way,
Cecilia has two choices, out from her job and find business opportunity or staying with old job, with full of stagnancy and boring.
