become depression. People usually go to the shore have special purpose, for swimming, jet sky, surfing or just sun ray on the beach. Not neglect that wave, sand and sun ray and voice of wave have many advantages for us, especially for decrease our stress. You do not imagine that the God create them for people and their health. Let us see the explanation below,

1. Voice of waves can decrease your stress
According to the expert that waves break at shore make our psychology hypnotize, change of your brain wave, decrease of blood tension and stress. Waves at the shore are same as natural morphine.
