We ate barbeque food when we were attending happy birthday party, garden party, wedding party or New Year party. Do not surprise! Few people are afraid to eat them, because barbeque food will cause cancer. Is it true?
We must know how to process food barbeque. Grilling or roasting that we are placing the food on live charcoal. Grilling process means placing the food on plate that there was fire below, but the fire not thought food. Or roasting processed in the oven when they were baking.
The effect of grilling process made few vitamins broken, as vitamin A, B, C, enzyme, fit nutrient, created heterocyclic that was causing cancer. Below, give few tips suggestion how to avoid cancer, caused barbeque process.
1.Avoid making barbeque food from souses, smoked meat, because the food has been curing processed. As we may know that curing process must take long fire process, add with coloring matter and preservation matter. It will create carcinogen and nitrosamine.
2.Based on survey, food soaking process can decrease HCAs 92 to 97 %, but not add sugar to soaking content. Avoid reaction between mailard sugar and amino acid in meat.
3.Try to bake the food, as chicken, meat and others before grilling process, so not taking long time to grill.
4.Cut meat and chicken into small pieces so that not taking long time to grill.
5.To decrease cancer risk, serve vegetables and fruits, as carrot, broccoli, after eating barbeque food.
6.Do not eat barbeque food so much, to avoid PAHs and HCAs that causes cancer.
