NEVER SURRENDER TO GAIN YOUR DREAM

Were you born to succeed, to be entrepreneur, to be creative? Are you a natural born rebel, often seeking out windmills to challenge? or are you a firm conservative? - especially if you are going to become totally self – employed – you need to understand and try to develop the mindset that is required for success in this environment , because it is often entirely different from mindset that makes us a successful employee.
According Patricia Dinslage, The Writer Staff of IAHBE and The Birth Order Theory says the order in which you were born in your family tends to determine how you perceive the world , how you interact with people, your sense of responsibility , your expectation , and other personality characteristic. So what happens if you fail to make this mindset shift?, because you were not grow up entrepreneur environment. Sure !!, it is hard work to change your mindset to be entrepreneur . Never surrender to gain your success dream , because you want to change your better future life. Here are some of the mindset shifts that lead to more success in self – employment and entrepreneurial endeavors:
1. Remember that you are most important asset , and don’t sell yourself short in terms of your skill , your knowledge , or your expertise. They are worth a fortune ! As a home base entrepreneur, your profit potential is greater .
2. Measure your success in terms of results . As an employee, you are paid to go through the motion . As an entrepreneur you are paid for results, but you try the combination of approaches until you find the best results.
3. Develop a marketing mindset so that you are always look out for opportunity and there might be problem you can solve. 4. You have to take full responsibility for your own work and its result ( good and bad ).
5. change your mindset about money . As an employee , you earn and then spend. As an entrepreneur, you spend ( invest ) and then earn.
6. Give something of value. What ‘s valuable ? Something that makes a positive impact on someone’s life. Something that moves them closer to their dream. Something that helps them what they want. ( help prospects and customers ).
7. It is also not afraid to ask for help from qualified mentors or consultants when will further his goal.
In network marketing the hardest thing to do is get new lead and tell a new person what to do. The failure in the first step make us on despair , and want to give up . Like I already said , when our mindset have been changed to be entrepreneur and creative, of course we never surrender . In fact to begin and improve home business, really need hard work and long journey . Never – never surrender , before you gain success and your dream come true . It is bright future , isn’t it ?
