Based on survey now days that people tend to spend their live for reading. By reading some books or reading on the net, people can improve their knowledge. The changing of way of live, make people tend to be not health. Reading a book or access Internet, using personal computer ( lap top or desk top), must be siting down. Impossible reading a book while running or walking. It will break your concentration. Few persons make reading a book and access Internet becoming hobby, even maniac. Few teenagers at Hongkong become collapse, because spending access Internet one week without stopping. How do you make your reading hobby and access Internet make your life happy and health. There are few strategies,

1.Focus your reading and access Internet one, two or more topic that interest you much. Do not spend your time reading access Internet, not focus topic.

2.Reading much about health article. You can take from newspapers, book or Internet articles. Although you are not interested in to read them.

3.By reading health article, you can begin to think how important your health in your life, because your body is expensive asset.

4.Trying to implement what you read. By reading varieties health articles, you begin to consider to be careful. Perhaps you begin to consider to do diet or doing sport. There are many useful health articles on the net. One of them at
