People tend to dream to have long live, look young and health and effort to find the strategies how to gain them. They read many books and do research and finally, implement them like below,

1. Choose the food with bright color
The surveys have been done; found that anti oxidant had strong effect to our body. The researchers say that the old symptom caused of free radicals.
The free radicals can cause dangers illness like Alzheimer and heart attack. The free radical can be neutralized by anti oxidant. The anti oxidant also can help rebuild broken sell in our body. Anti oxidant can be found in varieties of food.
Example, the vegetables and fruits with bright color, berry is rich of anti oxidant.
Pomegranate fruit proved that can decrease heart attack risk and stroke.
Based on British Journal of cancer says that broccoli and Brussels sprouts can decrease from breast cancer.

2. Drink Green tea
The green tea contain full anti oxidant. Drink a cup of green tea a day can decrease high blood pressure until 45%. The survey also says that the green tea prevent cancer cells growing.

3. Drink red wine
Study Harvard and Athen have found the benefits of red wine for your health. You drink one or four glasses a week (better with food consume) can decrease heart attack risk. The anti oxidant in the red wine that called flavonoids can fight to free radical.

4. Eat the fresh food
We should choose the fully food and fresh. According Iowa Women’s Health Study, the researches found, from 34.492 women participation in research said that women consume the vitamin E rich food, can avoid from stroke.

5. Get the god fat
The vegetable oil from vegetables, nuts, avocado and fresh fish can make insulin sensitiveness and can decrease the blood fat. The Mediterranean diet stile that most of the food from vegetables and nuts, zaitun oil and fish, good for decrease death risk from cancer and heart attack.

6. Decrease to in take food
According to Harvard School of Public Health researcher proved that people tend to grow fat when the age adding. Although you eat and do exercise just the same as when you are young, your body tends to add 1 or 2 pond a year. It caused, hormone that keep muscle to make energy decrease when your aging process.
