The strategies how to develop your mind and avoid from brain aging process so fast

We have mind function decreasing when we are seventy years old or more, but few persons still have brilliant mind when they get that age . What is the key to have brilliant mind when we get old. Based on surveys, we can stop decreasing mind function by eating right food so that our mind sharpen as the same as the young people.
The expert says, brain aging process can stop by taking rich diet of anti oxidant and nutrient so that your brain can sharpen as younger. The caused of general brain decreased because of broken oxidative. Brain is too sensitive with broken oxidative and free radicals. The food with high anti oxidant can care brain because brain is human organ needs good food and full vitamins so that support nutrient.
We give few strategies how to keep your brain sharp and fresh,

1. Intake water
We should drink water as much as possible because 80 % of brain is water. Avoid dehydration and drink 2,5 litter water at least a day. The water must be free from caffeine, alcohol and sugar. The green tea is good for your brain, because the green tea make your mental relax and fresh thinking.

2. Eat Salmon

Salmon contain omega 3 can help make myelin so that the brain impulse stronger than before. Omega 3 also can help neurotransmitter; take message chemistry so that can help your brain optimal function.

3. Eat anti oxidant food
Based on study that takes anti oxidant food, especially fruits and vegetables can help decreasing risks of fast mind processing age.
Fruits and vegetables that support of health mind, according Department of Agriculture are blueberry, blackberry, cranberry, strawberry, spinach, raspberry, Brussels sprouts, plum, broccoli, bit, lemon, cherry, red paprika, grape.

4. Eat fish and cod liver
DHA is omega 3 fat acids that found in the fish, support to build almost half of your brain. DHA is also found in the retina in the eyes. Based on survey that omega 3 can help to improve health emotional and positive feeling that important component for brain synapses.
