The existing of Internet Cafés have important role to help decreasing the problem, although they must think the business side, cash flow money and excellent services to their customers. There are few strategies that Internet cafes entrepreneurs must do in order to give excellent services to their costumers. We also give suggestions for new Internet Café entrepreneurs.

1. Choosing location
The new Internet café entrepreneurs must think the location that the Internet Café will build. The dense population not guarantee, your Internet Café will be visited peoples. We should know the majority education of the people background, job, and age. Take survey first before build the business, is wise solution. You can also visit the government site, to look at the people data and information.
Choosing the strategies location is wise, as near school, campus or boarding house.

2. Human recourse
We must have potential human recourse, as knowing network management, server management, internet content and others technique problems in this business. Few developing countries have pornography regulations. The purpose of the regulations, to avoid mental disorder for young generations.
Few developing countries block pornography sites to be accessed, as China and Indonesia. China has great wall virtual to prevent their people to access pornography sites and others sites that had been banned by government.
Indonesia has not made the Internet Café regulation yet, so that the Internet entrepreneur must banned the pornography sites and not give pornography film as service.

3. Local culture
Consider and learn the local culture before building Internet Café business. Rural culture is complicated, if you never pay attention about this. It will impact to your business.
The religion people back ground, wise to recommend to religion sites. The Industry center people, recommend to marketing site, blogging site for creating blog, strategies internet marketing products, design products and others. The administrator know more about site content, help customers. Make your Internet Café business will be visited by varieties people back ground.

4. Competitive in service is better than price

The new or experiences Internet Café business entrepreneurs should join the Association that has been exist in your local area. You will find network over there, sharing experiences and problems with the same professions, including others purposes.

8. Identity cards and log activity for customers.
Asking identity card and save log activity for your customers to avoid cyber crime, pornography access and others illegal customers activities.

9. Avoid to build Internet café business in rural area.
Generally rural area is lack of infrastructure even no infrastructure than town area. Be wise to build Internet Café business in area, have not or lack infrastructure, cause you will spent high capital to build it. Finally the customers will be got highest cost for access. It will impact to your cash flow business and your customers will run.

10. Give a simple training to your new customers.
Not all people in developing countries becoming familiar to use Internet, even don’t know at all.

What did the Armed Forces doing in their 64 Anniversary 2009 at Sidoarjo East Java Indonesia. They held exhibition to show the Sidoarjo people that Armed Forces had enough force to defend Indonesia country.
Captain Infantry Gathut Setiyo Utomo as the Commander of District Military Command at Sidoarjo had an idea to held united exhibition, with Navy, Police, Army and Air Force. They hand in hand together to make people to be near with them. People tend to blame that Armed Forces are not strong enough to defend Indonesia country from others country attack, especially terrorist, bomb threatening and criminals attached
There are many Armed Forced equipment exhibited at the moment, as Armored vehicle, landing craft, bomb tame, and the Robot that be created for Bomb tame.
There is special robot that had been used for Noordin M. Top caught operation at Temanggung Midle Java last August.
The Regent of Sidoarjo Mr. Win Hendrarso had chance to get in Armored vehicle from Pendopo to exhibition area and saw aero modeling show at town square.
Children were from junior up to senior high school so eager to visit stand by stand for getting information and saw Armed Forces equipment.
Personal armored vehicle combat has been created by Pindad Factory at Malang Indonesia also shown at the exhibition.
People and children could get in the vehicle combat, tour along the road in the Town Square. People and children never stopped visiting the exhibition from opening ceremony (October 6 2009 until closing October 9, 2009)

Kompyang, the traditional hamburger from sidoarjo

Kompyang is one of traditional cake from china that so popular few years ago. The hard cake is made from flour mixture with salt and water and baking in hot soil stove. Pak Timin and his friend explained the experiences when the Sidoarjo Festival was held at Sidoarjo regency on September 11 until 18, 2009
He explained all his experiences when he began joining Chinese, learning how to make kompyang and told the audience how to make it step by step.
He told us, baking kompyang is different with others cake. We must have a stove from soil and only one place sell the stove, at Gresik east Java. There are few steps how to make kompyang in order to be good result,
1. We must burn the soil stove in order to be hot first. You can take the hot from burning wood that placed on the spade. We place the spade in the soil stove for little moment until the stove hot.
2. We prepare the kompyang ingredient while we are waiting the stove hot.
We mixture flour, salt and water to be mixture ingredient and shape like bakpao (traditional cake from China) You can fill with varieties taste that people like. For the time being, Pak Timin create chicken source taste and chocolate taste. He will create others varieties taste in the future.
3. Placed the ingredient on the wall of soil stove, keep them until baked.
Making Kompyang is too easy and the ingredient can buy in every small shop, but the most difficult one, the soil stove to bake it. The soil stove is too specific and you can not buy every where, the soil stove can be found at Gresik east java and the price is expensive too. Bapak Timin became a pioneer at his village, followed by others people at the time, but the people not only create kompyang. They made roti goreng, orok orok, cakue, kue Lumpur, gempo, kucur and onde onde.

some time have vision and dreaming to success on business, career or others
dreaming, but never do change. There are few challenges that we must avoid,

Robby Kyosaki, the writer of “Rich Dad and Poor Dad” said that
starting a new business, like jumping without parachute. We have to create parachute
and try to repair in order to be saved to the ground. If we are failed to create
parachute, it have to be failed and death. There are two choices after starting
a new business, success or failed. We have to improve and create innovation
in order to defense our business stay long between a lot of competitors or getting
up quickly after failing. Bill Gates dropped out from Harvard University when
he was making decision to start Microsoft with his friend Buddy Allen. His decision,
made his parents depressed and disappointed. He had to face bitterness in his
first project because of failure. He tried to get up and never give up. People
world wide never imagine that Bill Gates started his Microsoft Company from
his tiny computer in the small room. Live is unpredictable and full of challenges.
We have to be ready facing it and have strategies to start it,

1.Have attitude to attain success

Mental entrepreneurs have to be ready to loose and win. We have to prepare to be success or failed. Do not be desperate when we are failed and ready to start again.

Thomas Alfa Edison that had found electricity said that failure was not failure.
Failure was learning time, made evaluation and starting again. Without failure,
one never knows their fault.

2.Capital is not all.

The new entrepreneurs always blame that the capital caused of business success
and failed. Based on surveys, new businesses failed after ten years or five
years. They can not continue their business because of lack experiences and skill.

The reporters asked John Lennon, the Beatles personal band, “why do you
so success” John Lennon answer, “ If I know, we are going to success.
I will hire Body guards and create good management”

Success begins, with working hard, full dedication and loves our work.

We do not care about time and money to spend because we love our work.

life so colorfully, energetic, not monotone and boring. We feel energetic when
we are getting up in the morning. To know more activities that you like much
in life, writing down as many as possible activities on the paper. Do not afraid
to write them and select the most activities that you like much. Try to implement
them in life. Do not be hesitated to change, if you feel not suitable with your feeling.

Do not be surprised. If your friends, family, or coworker success in their business,

quickly and easy to create Internet home business. You have to consider few
challenges before you make decision,

1. Have great self supporting.

If you can work without others supporting and without others command.

We are sure, you can work and being entrepreneur at home. We need discipline
and hard work, especially starting a new business.

2. Hard work and never give up.

We are going to have two choices in leading a new business, success or failed.

6. Keep quality products.

Customer’s satisfaction is important for your future business. Your customers
are the king. Improve your products and create a new innovation so that your
customers are satisfied with your work.

Knowing your risk could save your live becoming theme of world heart day this
year. Heart attack is the first ranking for people safety, beside infection
illness.

Caused of heart attack, it must be varieties, such as high cholesterol, high
blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and smoking addict. Modern way of life make
People feel unhealthy. We must avoid as junk food, high stress, complicated
problem and others activities that make us not felling  health. Perhaps this is just my old story about my classmate, John Mac Andrew.
He likes jogging very much, but his life change so much when he becomes General
Manager of popular company. His body becomes fat and tends to be obesity. He
tells us that he has high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He always complain
that his left chest sick.

He was collapsed when he was playing tennis and the doctor judged him that he
had been heart coroner. There are few Doctor’s suggestions that we can
follow,

1.Paying attention when you feel sick in your left chest and spread over neck,
shoulder, back and left jaw. You will feel shock, queasy, a cold sweat and hard
breath. If you complain about this symptom, it must be handling quickly, because
90 % with specific indication are death, because too late to contact Doctor.


2.To avoid from coroner heart or heart attack, change your way of life. Avoid
high calorie and fatty food, consume much vegetable, fruit and fibrous food.


3.Stop smoking and avoid cigarette smoke and alcohol.

4.These ingredients can make your blood high and week heart and coagulate blood.

5.Routine sport, help to decrease cholesterol, weight and your blood pressure

Save your life through eating fibrous food

The improvement of Communication Telecommunication and information Technology
(ICT), make people always stay in front of their computer for long time. Instant
way of life, making people is lazy preparing health food. We tend to consume
junk food that serves quickly. We seldom do sport, is one reason our health
becoming worst.

Becoming common, people has high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart, obesity,
high triglyceride and cancer.

Based on survey from Health Department stated that consume fibrous food was
one way to avoid illness above. You can find fibrous vegetables and fruits in
our daily live. There are two kinds of fibrous food, fused fibrous (gel) and
not fused fibrous, although they have the same function,

1.Fused fibrous

Dissolved in water, tie fat, fat can not be absorbed in our body.

Finally the fat defecates through fesses.

2. Not fused fibrous.

The fibrous can help defecate smoothly, absorb water so that your fesses become
big, smooth and easy to defecate.

We are recommended to eat fibrous at least 25 gram / a day. There are few advantages
to consume fibrous in our daily life,

1.To control cholesterol (fibrous can absorb cholesterol and defecate through
fesses )

2.Decrease heart attack risk ( because the mechanism can help decrease triglyceride)


3.Avoid from hemorrhoids and colon cancer.

4.Avoid obesity.

You can combine vegetables and fruits that have fibrous content so that you
can get 25 gram / a day.

Few tips how to avoid triglyceride problem

I knew Bob when we attended seminar at Stanford University,
he was clever and so ambitious man. He has talent in Information Technology.
I was sure that he had bright future few years ago. Few years later, I was
so surprised when I met him. He became limb and only sat down on wheel chair.
He said that stroke changed and broke his life. I knew his way of life few
years ago, he liked going to the party and eat fatty food as daily menu and
reluctant to do sport. He used to complain that he had high triglyceride and
becoming his serious problem.

Triglyceride or hyperlipidemia is serious problem, not for Bob only but for
our health. Increasing of triglyceride has risk, as stroke, heart attack. To decrease triglyceride,
you can do sport every day, just a light sport that you can effort to do routinely,
as jogging, walking, and swimming.

Drinking medicine, not the best choice to do, but there is a way to solve
your problem, just eating fibrous fruits, because fruits contain fructose
and calorie.

There are few tips to serve fruits to decrease triglyceride,

1.Serve fibrous fruits as a snack or desert 6 until 10 times a day, after
eating.

2.Snack must be served every three hours. Avoid felling full; serve as a joice,
salad or small menu.

3. Avoid adding sugar in your joice, salad or fruits. If you want to add sugar
on your fruits menu, add sugar with low calorie.

4.Avoid consuming fatty food, fried food.

5.Sport activity, as walking, swimming, jogging 30 minutes a day.

6.Example fruits that have fibrous content. Melon ( ¼ ---3.800 g ),
mango (one mango---2200 g), pier ( ½ ---11.050 g), papaya ( one piece
---4.750 g ), Eugenia ( one ---22.500g), brocolly (3,41 g), parrot (2,78 g),
tomato (1,63 g), stroberry (2,68 g), rice (2,1 g), banana ( 1,75 gr). You
can find others vegetables or fruits that have fibrous content. You had better
consult to your doctor.

Few tips how to avoid sick during taking trip

Traveling by ship, car, boat and plane is the best choice when we have long
vacation, but different for Cecilia, my friend. She feels sick when she is taking
trip by ship, car, boat or plane. She is always dizzy and want to vomit on the
way. Cecilia feels stress and unpleasant to others persons although she try
to take few medicine to prevent her habit. She tries to consult to the Doctor,
but the result is useless. According to Nervous expert, the caused of Cecilia
problems is in labyrinth. Labyrinth is tool of balance in our deep ear. The
labyrinth will make reaction when we have repeat moving sensation, that’s
way we usually feel illness when we take a long trip by ship, plane or car.
There are few tips to avoid sick when we have a long trip,

1.Avoid drink and eating too much before taking trip or during traveling.

2.Avoid eating fatty food, hot food, or others food that smell too strong.

3.Suggest eating cracker or bread before taking trip, because that food can
absorb gluttonous acid.

4.Suggest choosing the right place that far from moving. If you take trip by
plane, choose place in the middle, do not choose near the wing. If you take
trip by ship, choose on the bottom of cabin; sit down in the middle or center
of the ship, to avoid moving so much.

5.Focus your view to one far point horizon to avoid dizzy. Suggest to inhale
fresh air and avoid to sit down near others persons are the same condition.


6.Suggest to drink ginger or ginger candies, because ginger contain of dimen-hydrinatie

Few tips how to avoid getting bored in your work

Cecilia is woman 36 years old that has a good career. She is budgeting manager
at International Company with strong future. I think, se has a good salary also,
but she has problems, she says to me one day. She gets bored and feeling not
making progress in her work. Feeling stagnant and not making progress in works
is usual indication, according psychology experts. These conditions are not
belonging to persons that have been working for long time, but new comers will
face the same problem. What are the causes of the problems? Please see below,


1. The new comers are easy to master the work so that they work without thinking.

2. The persons are in comfort area so that they do not need struggling to run
their job.

3. Placed in wrong position. They must work, not appropriate with their skill.

How Cecilia overcome her problems, stagnancy, stress and bored, because impossible
for her to go out from their job.

1. Find a new talent.

Cecilia must look for a new talent that she has. Learn and improve her talent is better.

2. Join mailing list or community that the same profession with her. Share information
and experiences is better so that she can learn much from others.

3. Brainstorming with collage.

Choose the fresh place, relax so that she can discuss and transfer information
and knowledge nicely.

If Cecilia have done many efforts but the result is not maximal. The best way,
Cecilia has two choices, out from her job and find business opportunity or staying with old job, with full of stagnancy and boring.

Keep warning, if children, husband and family always feel weak and tired, pale, fever, and bleeding without knowing the caused. These are few symptoms that leukemia has. Few serious indications that we must care our health beside indications above, their weight tend to loose and blood decreasing. Leukemia or called blood cancer is one of cancer disease that attacks white blood cell
that produced in bone marrow. There are three kinds of blood in human body, red blood, white blood and platelet, is one of little cell in red blood. They have functions, white blood defends from infection, red blood brings oxygen to human body and cell (platelet) helps blood freezing. The symptoms of leukemia is difference to every human, but few general symptoms can be described below,


1.Anemia

Sufferer tends breathing fast, pale and quick tired, because the blood pressure is under normal and less of oxygen.

2.Bleeding

There are many red spots on skin, because of platelet is not produce normally, because white blood dominant.

3.Infection

The white blood that has function to attack virus, produced abnormal so that the sufferer is easy to be sick, especially, fever, and cough.

4.Painful in part of bone

This is caused, bone marrow press white blood cell.

5.Stomach painful

Stomach painful is one of Leukemia symptom. This is caused of leukemia cell

The sufferer is difficult breathing so that felling illness in the chest.

There are two categories of Batik, tradition Batik and modification Batik. Tradition Batik is created for sacral event and reflection of symbol tradition. Modification Batik is designed for
commercial purpose. Indonesian people create Batik through two ways, Batik handmade
and batik printing. Few of Batik experts have arguments that Batik printing is not called Batik. They said that being called Batik.

The process of Batik traditions take a long time, compare with modification

starting from scratch! Many others have gone before you, so instead of reinventing
the wheel, learn from others what works and what doesn’t work. In this
article, I’ll give you some starting points and some resources.

Every business must provide these basic functions:

Manufacturing, Product Development, or Services

Many home-based businesses will sell products made by others (outsourced). In this day of
the Internet, this is instantly and easily accomplished by using drop shippers
from all over the world and by joining affiliate programs. Usually there is no need to stock products at the entrepreneur’s place of business.

here are also large numbers of home-based entrepreneurs who produce their own services,
write their own e-books, or make craft items. These businesses have the advantage
of low or no production costs; though sales may be low volume, the income is
mostly profit.

Sales

Very few people like to sell, but many home-based businesses are of the Network marketing
variety requiring direct selling to succeed. Services must also be marketed
to the public to succeed. Even if all selling is done via a Website, there must
be a continuing marketing effort to drive buyers to that site.

Finance

Some home-based businesses are able to start with almost no money up front; that’s wonderful.
However, most will need some financing. Sources are personal assets, personal

in how to start a business and what the owner must know and do. All of these
require some expense and much time to conquer their learning curve. Even then,
how do you have any confidence in what you have learned?

There are better ways. One is to use SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives. Services
are free and easily accessible on the Internet; there is likely a local chapter
near you. SCORE is an affiliate of the US Small Business Administration.

Another excellent source for the entrepreneur is the Kauffman Foundation, a non-profit
group dedicated to promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial
success. They sponsor training through many organizations all over the US. Contact
them to see if they have a program that can help with your small business issues.

In the U.S. there is a nationwide community college system. Most of these have a small business
development center (SBDC) where the entrepreneur can obtain help with problems.
Call your local college for information.

Most public and private colleges and universities also have small business assistance. If
you are close to one, see what they have.

They suggest few strategies can avoid from stroke, heart attack. We must change modern life style in order to be health. To do health diet and active life, prevent heart attack risk to 27 millions people and
stroke risk to 10 millions people. Based on study of American National Health
that has been done research for 1984 until 2004, giving suggestion like below


1.Stop smoking.

Based on research, people that become smoking addiction, tend to get stroke
and heart attack easily. People tend to have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, avoid to smoke too much.

2.Body mass index.

Avoid your body over weight. Keep your body balance. Consult to your Doctor how to do health diet. Over weight have risk, diabetes, heart attack and high blood pressure.

3.Keep your cholesterol (LDL) stable.

High cholesterol make your blood stream does not run well. Doing sport and take
activities are the best solution.

4.Keep your blood pressure stable.

Avoid eating fatty food and consume health food. Consult to the Doctor about health menu.

5.Keep your blood sugar content stable

People have diabetes risks, avoid to drink and eating high sugar content. .
