Digital divide mean imbalance between town people and rural area people, chance to access information, especially from internet. The Government try to decrease the Digital Divide through working together with stake holders.
The existing of Internet Cafés have important role to help decreasing the problem, although they must think the business side, cash flow money and excellent services to their customers. There are few strategies that Internet cafes entrepreneurs must do in order to give excellent services to their costumers. We also give suggestions for new Internet Café entrepreneurs.

1. Choosing location
The new Internet café entrepreneurs must think the location that the Internet Café will build. The dense population not guarantee, your Internet Café will be visited peoples. We should know the majority education of the people background, job, and age. Take survey first before build the business, is wise solution. You can also visit the government site, to look at the people data and information.
Choosing the strategies location is wise, as near school, campus or boarding house.

2. Human recourse
We must have potential human recourse, as knowing network management, server management, internet content and others technique problems in this business. Few developing countries have pornography regulations. The purpose of the regulations, to avoid mental disorder for young generations.
Few developing countries block pornography sites to be accessed, as China and Indonesia. China has great wall virtual to prevent their people to access pornography sites and others sites that had been banned by government.
Indonesia has not made the Internet Café regulation yet, so that the Internet entrepreneur must banned the pornography sites and not give pornography film as service.

3. Local culture
Consider and learn the local culture before building Internet Café business. Rural culture is complicated, if you never pay attention about this. It will impact to your business.
The religion people back ground, wise to recommend to religion sites. The Industry center people, recommend to marketing site, blogging site for creating blog, strategies internet marketing products, design products and others. The administrator know more about site content, help customers. Make your Internet Café business will be visited by varieties people back ground.

4. Competitive in service is better than price
The Internet Café entrepreneur must give excellent service to the customers, as better place, secure place and nice monitor. The customers like LCD monitor than CRT monitor now days, because LCD monitor more comfortable than CRT.
Do not increase the price although the access higher than others, cause it will impact to your business cash flow.

The most important think to do for Internet business café, have license from local government. The license will give you chance and trusted for asking soft loan from the Bank and networking to the local government and vendor.

7. Joining Internet Café business Association.
The new or experiences Internet Café business entrepreneurs should join the Association that has been exist in your local area. You will find network over there, sharing experiences and problems with the same professions, including others purposes.

8. Identity cards and log activity for customers.
Asking identity card and save log activity for your customers to avoid cyber crime, pornography access and others illegal customers activities.

9. Avoid to build Internet café business in rural area.
Generally rural area is lack of infrastructure even no infrastructure than town area. Be wise to build Internet Café business in area, have not or lack infrastructure, cause you will spent high capital to build it. Finally the customers will be got highest cost for access. It will impact to your cash flow business and your customers will run.

10. Give a simple training to your new customers.
Not all people in developing countries becoming familiar to use Internet, even don’t know at all.

What did the Armed Forces doing in their 64 Anniversary 2009 at Sidoarjo East Java Indonesia. They held exhibition to show the Sidoarjo people that Armed Forces had enough force to defend Indonesia country.
Captain Infantry Gathut Setiyo Utomo as the Commander of District Military Command at Sidoarjo had an idea to held united exhibition, with Navy, Police, Army and Air Force. They hand in hand together to make people to be near with them. People tend to blame that Armed Forces are not strong enough to defend Indonesia country from others country attack, especially terrorist, bomb threatening and criminals attached
There are many Armed Forced equipment exhibited at the moment, as Armored vehicle, landing craft, bomb tame, and the Robot that be created for Bomb tame.
There is special robot that had been used for Noordin M. Top caught operation at Temanggung Midle Java last August.
The Regent of Sidoarjo Mr. Win Hendrarso had chance to get in Armored vehicle from Pendopo to exhibition area and saw aero modeling show at town square.
Children were from junior up to senior high school so eager to visit stand by stand for getting information and saw Armed Forces equipment.
Personal armored vehicle combat has been created by Pindad Factory at Malang Indonesia also shown at the exhibition.
People and children could get in the vehicle combat, tour along the road in the Town Square. People and children never stopped visiting the exhibition from opening ceremony (October 6 2009 until closing October 9, 2009)
What did the purposes and the meaning of the exhibition for the people, children, and young generations.
1. Children and young generations become love to Armed Forced, perhaps some day they would join with them.

The Batik strengthening by United Nation Culture Organization (UNESCO), begin starting point to Batik Crafts and Batik entrepreneurs Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia declare the second October 2009 becoming National Batik day, the action followed by many institutions, Government officials and Private officials had to wear Batik custom for one week began October 2 until 9 October 2009. The Batik crafts and Batik entrepreneurs made many events, as fashion show on the road, Mall and village. This declaration of UNESCO made the Batik craft and entrepreneurs relief, started empowers themselves to produce the Batik, create more design and improve the quality of the products.
This is the victory of Indonesia after facing conflict with Malaysia country about the patent of Batik. Regencies and Municipality had begun to dick the Batik culture many years ago before Indonesia declared for proclamation. It is not easy to make Batik, need passion, diligent and patient. The Batik process has stagnant procedure that has to follow before final finishing.
There are two kind of Batik that able to process, cap Batik and writing Batik. The most difficult one is writing Batik process, has to use traditional tool, as chanting, wax, small wajan to melt wax, mory cloth and dying process. Before use chanting to do Batik, the mory cloth must be designed first, using pencil. The design process and design tool can take long time. That’s way UNESCO declare Batik to be original Indonesia culture inheritance.
The complicated process makes Batik crafts are made by old generation although the young generation begins to take glance wearing Batik in every day activities. Kompyang is one of traditional cake from china that so popular few years ago. The hard cake is made from flour mixture with salt and water and baking in hot soil stove. The kompyang avoid baking in the oven in order to keep the cake look traditional. Generally kompyang shape and size is the same with traditional cake, Bakpau from china, but few people make it with different shape.
Once upon time, one of the District at Sidoarjo regency east Java, called Krembung has tried to modify the Kompyang to be variation taste, sour taste and filling with chicken source so that more delicious taste. Pak Timin has been Kompyang entrepreneur since 1961, is so diligent to make improvement to this cake. He becomes success kompyang maker and seller. The market of his kompyang can spread to Sidoarjo, Malang, Jember, Probolinggo and Banyuwangi.
Pak Timin and his friend explained the experiences when the Sidoarjo Festival was held at Sidoarjo regency on September 11 until 18, 2009
He explained all his experiences when he began joining Chinese, learning how to make kompyang and told the audience how to make it step by step.
He told us, baking kompyang is different with others cake. We must have a stove from soil and only one place sell the stove, at Gresik east Java. There are few steps how to make kompyang in order to be good result,
1. We must burn the soil stove in order to be hot first. You can take the hot from burning wood that placed on the spade. We place the spade in the soil stove for little moment until the stove hot.
2. We prepare the kompyang ingredient while we are waiting the stove hot.
We mixture flour, salt and water to be mixture ingredient and shape like bakpao (traditional cake from China) You can fill with varieties taste that people like. For the time being, Pak Timin create chicken source taste and chocolate taste. He will create others varieties taste in the future.
3. Placed the ingredient on the wall of soil stove, keep them until baked.
Making Kompyang is too easy and the ingredient can buy in every small shop, but the most difficult one, the soil stove to bake it. The soil stove is too specific and you can not buy every where, the soil stove can be found at Gresik east java and the price is expensive too. Bapak Timin became a pioneer at his village, followed by others people at the time, but the people not only create kompyang. They made roti goreng, orok orok, cakue, kue Lumpur, gempo, kucur and onde onde.
The regent of Sidoarjo Regency, Bapak Win Hendrarso saw the district potential and decided to declare the Krembung district became Kampoeng Jajanan Center at Sidoarjo regency. Barack Obama to be chosen by people and winner as President America in General
Election November 4, 2008. People world wide would given a lesson that ethnic
and race not influence some one to be President and got totally winner from
John Mac Chain from Republic Party. The successful of Barac Obama can give us
inspirations, gaining success that we are dreaming, we must make a change. We
some time have vision and dreaming to success on business, career or others
dreaming, but never do change. There are few challenges that we must avoid,

1. Bad experiences.

We are some time afraid to start again, because of our last bad experiences,
as failed business, failed in career and others dreaming that you have done,
but failed. Focus for your future dreaming, find new strategies, improve your
capability.

2.Afraid of failure.

People tend to be hesitated to start a new business, because of being afraid
failure. To gain successful in business or every thing that you are dreaming
of, depend on conviction. The conviction is first capital to be success. Do

Starting a new business, like jumping without parachute

Robby Kyosaki, the writer of “Rich Dad and Poor Dad” said that
starting a new business, like jumping without parachute. We have to create parachute
and try to repair in order to be saved to the ground. If we are failed to create
parachute, it have to be failed and death. There are two choices after starting
a new business, success or failed. We have to improve and create innovation
in order to defense our business stay long between a lot of competitors or getting
up quickly after failing. Bill Gates dropped out from Harvard University when
he was making decision to start Microsoft with his friend Buddy Allen. His decision,
made his parents depressed and disappointed. He had to face bitterness in his
first project because of failure. He tried to get up and never give up. People
world wide never imagine that Bill Gates started his Microsoft Company from
his tiny computer in the small room. Live is unpredictable and full of challenges.
We have to be ready facing it and have strategies to start it,

1.Have attitude to attain success

Mental entrepreneurs have to be ready to loose and win. We have to prepare to be success or failed. Do not be desperate when we are failed and ready to start again.

Thomas Alfa Edison that had found electricity said that failure was not failure.
Failure was learning time, made evaluation and starting again. Without failure,
one never knows their fault.

2.Capital is not all.

The new entrepreneurs always blame that the capital caused of business success
and failed. Based on surveys, new businesses failed after ten years or five
years. They can not continue their business because of lack experiences and skill.

The reporters asked John Lennon, the Beatles personal band, “why do you
so success” John Lennon answer, “ If I know, we are going to success.
I will hire Body guards and create good management”

Success begins, with working hard, full dedication and loves our work.

We do not care about time and money to spend because we love our work.

3. Ask yourself, what do you like much in life.

It is easy to ask you, what make your life become passion. Passion makes your
life so colorfully, energetic, not monotone and boring. We feel energetic when
we are getting up in the morning. To know more activities that you like much
in life, writing down as many as possible activities on the paper. Do not afraid
to write them and select the most activities that you like much. Try to implement
them in life. Do not be hesitated to change, if you feel not suitable with your feeling.

3.Change your passion activities into business.

Do not be surprised. If your friends, family, or coworker success in their business,
just doing their passion activities. They are going to do it with full of their

women choose to work at home, because of wanting to be near their baby and beloved
family. However, not all women and men like to work out door, because of few
considerations. Improvement of Internet Technology can help them, communication
quickly and easy to create Internet home business. You have to consider few
challenges before you make decision,

1. Have great self supporting.

If you can work without others supporting and without others command.

We are sure, you can work and being entrepreneur at home. We need discipline
and hard work, especially starting a new business.

2. Hard work and never give up.

We are going to have two choices in leading a new business, success or failed.

Robert T. Kiyosaki, the popular writer of Rich Dad and poor dad said that starting
a new business like jumped from plane without parachute. We have to create parachute
and trying to fly. If you are failed, jumping to the ground. Failed is common
in starting a new business. You have to come back again and starting and never
give up.

3. Enough capital and lay aside money for one year.

You have to ask yourself before starting a new business at home. Do your life
depend on business income only? If the answer yes. Be careful! Because few months

your products and service business to new customers. Need money and time.

4. Have an idea, skill and experiences on your new business.

You have to consider not recruiting an employer, because you have to spent money
for their salary. Have skill, idea and experiences in your new business are

Building contact list is important strategy after your business is running.
You can collect your customers through their name, telephone number, email,
country and complete address. You can communicate with them again through newsletter,
sales letter or info new products.

6. Keep quality products.

Customer’s satisfaction is important for your future business. Your customers
are the king. Improve your products and create a new innovation so that your
customers are satisfied with your work.

People always complain that felling lonely to work at home. They seldom meet

Knowing your risk could save your live becoming theme of world heart day this
year. Heart attack is the first ranking for people safety, beside infection
illness.

Caused of heart attack, it must be varieties, such as high cholesterol, high
blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and smoking addict. Modern way of life make
People feel unhealthy. We must avoid as junk food, high stress, complicated
problem and others activities that make us not felling health. Perhaps this is just my old story about my classmate, John Mac Andrew.
He likes jogging very much, but his life change so much when he becomes General
Manager of popular company. His body becomes fat and tends to be obesity. He
tells us that he has high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He always complain
that his left chest sick.

He was collapsed when he was playing tennis and the doctor judged him that he
had been heart coroner. There are few Doctor’s suggestions that we can
follow,

1.Paying attention when you feel sick in your left chest and spread over neck,
shoulder, back and left jaw. You will feel shock, queasy, a cold sweat and hard
breath. If you complain about this symptom, it must be handling quickly, because
90 % with specific indication are death, because too late to contact Doctor.

2.To avoid from coroner heart or heart attack, change your way of life. Avoid
high calorie and fatty food, consume much vegetable, fruit and fibrous food.

3.Stop smoking and avoid cigarette smoke and alcohol.

4.These ingredients can make your blood high and week heart and coagulate blood.

5.Routine sport, help to decrease cholesterol, weight and your blood pressure

We can learn from John Mac Andrew experiences and start learning how to live
health and save. Avoid to consume unhealthily food and consult to your Doctor
quickly when you few dangerous symptoms above.

The improvement of Communication Telecommunication and information Technology
(ICT), make people always stay in front of their computer for long time. Instant
way of life, making people is lazy preparing health food. We tend to consume
junk food that serves quickly. We seldom do sport, is one reason our health
becoming worst.

Becoming common, people has high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart, obesity,
high triglyceride and cancer.

Based on survey from Health Department stated that consume fibrous food was
one way to avoid illness above. You can find fibrous vegetables and fruits in
our daily live. There are two kinds of fibrous food, fused fibrous (gel) and
not fused fibrous, although they have the same function,

1.Fused fibrous

Dissolved in water, tie fat, fat can not be absorbed in our body.

Finally the fat defecates through fesses.

2. Not fused fibrous.

he was clever and so ambitious man. He has talent in Information Technology.
I was sure that he had bright future few years ago. Few years later, I was
so surprised when I met him. He became limb and only sat down on wheel chair.
He said that stroke changed and broke his life. I knew his way of life few
years ago, he liked going to the party and eat fatty food as daily menu and
reluctant to do sport. He used to complain that he had high triglyceride and
becoming his serious problem.

Triglyceride or hyperlipidemia is serious problem, not for Bob only but for
our health. Increasing of triglyceride has risk, as stroke, heart attack. To decrease triglyceride,
you can do sport every day, just a light sport that you can effort to do routinely,
as jogging, walking, and swimming.

Drinking medicine, not the best choice to do, but there is a way to solve
your problem, just eating fibrous fruits, because fruits contain fructose

release.” There are two kinds: one is sent to TV or print journalists

What does a press release look like?

The HEADLINE is used to get the attention of journalists and prospects. This is
so important it deserves a bit of explanation which is best described by Peter
Bowerman in The Well-Fed Self-Publisher. Bowerman cites a headline used to market
a book about magic. The initial headline was “New Book: Tricks With Your
Head” which brought ZERO response. A change was made, “How To Stick
A Fork In Your Eye (And Why You’d Want To ...), which resulted in more
than 150 interviews and more publicity! Do you get the point about headlines?

Contact and Dateline goes at the top of the release with the release date, your name and
address, e-mail, and telephone numbers.

Introduction is the first paragraph in a press release that generally gives basic answers
to the questions of who, what, when, where and why. To get anyone’s attention
in our over-hyped world you must always express BENEFITS as opposed to FEATURES.
To define benefits effectively, you also need to develop the USP (Unique Selling
Proposition) for your new project.

The Body contains further explanation and background about your product that are
relevant to this news release.

Boilerplate is generally a concise "about" section, with more information on the
company or individual issuing the release.

After the boilerplate you MUST include the Close symbol, “XXX”, without
the quotation marks. This is simply an accepted convention but you must use
it or face the trash.

After the Close symbol comes Media Contact Information which may be the same as in
the Contact section at the top of the release. It could also contain separate
public relations information.

Here are some ideas about what to include in your release:

Always include any unusual or unique element that makes the release newsworthy.
You are trying to supply information for a story so you want to tell about something
different from all other information out there.

Look for ways to connect your information to holidays or special events because these
times will tend to lend more exposure and interest for your release.

Try to include human interest elements in your release as well as awards and disagreements
or conflicts that tend to separate your promotion from all the others out there
competing for attention.

Your release should be built around short, simple sentences and paragraphs. If possible
limit your document to 300 words and one page. Be sure it does not sound like
sales or marketing; you want to make it news that is deemed worthy of a story,
interview, or prospect’s action.

Why do you need to use a press release?

Sales don’t happen on the Internet unless potential customers visit your Website.
That means they need to learn about it, click on a link, and visit your site.
A press release can be easily submitted all over the Web in ways we will discuss
below. Remember that is this is a wonderful vehicle for broadcasting information
about your latest site or products to enough places where people will see it
and act to your advantage.

You will need to write it yourself—not too difficult if you follow the suggested
format above—or you can hire a copywriter to do it for you. There are

to media sources worldwide. They have several inexpensive programs that physically
distribute your releases.

is ranked 19,834 by Alexa. They claim being the Number 1 press release distribution
service since 2003. Additional distribution services are available for a fee.

I-Newswire.com
is ranked 56,926 by Alexa. This company has strict policies against press release
spam, which means releases that are no better than sales letters. They also
have a Featured Release program and other extra services for a fee.

PRLeap
is ranked 21,077 by Alexa. The company says over 24,000 businesses use their
services. They provide RSS services as well as normal release distribution.
Other services with higher placement are available for a small price starting
at about $10.

Pressbox
(UK based) is ranked 51,637 by Alexa. Based in London, this service offers a
searchable database to many journalists and public relations groups.

PRLog
is ranked 47,346 by Alexa. This site serves over 40,000 RSS feeds and all its
services are free.

Creatinga press releases is not such a formidable task, and just about anyone should
be able to follow the instructions here to get their message out. If your releases
are successful, you will get a lot more traffic to whatever you are trying to
promote. Remember, the word “promote” is not exactly correct because
it implies a sales message. Never use such a message in your release; you want
to provide input for a popular news story. Try a few of these and see what happens.

to tell you--the time has come to face your website! A high search engine ranking
for your website is so essential that if you have the slightest desire to actually succeed in your
business, there is no way you can continue to avoid this issue.

At least 85% of people looking for goods and services on the Internet find websites
through search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN. The idea of optimizing
your pages for high search engine rankings is to attract targeted customers
to your site who will be more than likely to make a purchase. The higher your
page comes up in search engine results, the greater the traffic that is directed
to your website. That's what search engine optimization is about.

You can immerse yourself in all the technical information available online to figure
out how to optimize your web pages to achieve higher rankings. Or you can look
at a few simple items on your pages, make some small adjustments, and most likely
see improved rankings quite rapidly. The first item you should examine is the
title bar on your home page.

The title bar is the colored bar at the top of the page. Look at the words that
appear there when you access your home page. To increase search engine rankings,
the words on your homepage's title bar should include the most important keywords
or phrases, one of which would include your company name.

Then click on all your links and examine the title bars on the pages you access.
Each title bar on every single page of your site should contain the most important
keywords and phrases taken from the page itself. However, avoid very long strings
of keywords, keeping them to six words or less. Avoid repeating keywords more
than once in the title bars, and make sure that identical words are not next
to each other.

The next item to put under your microscope is your website content. Search engines
generally list sites that contain quality content rather than scintillating
graphics. The text on your site must contain the most important keywords--the
words that potential customers will be typing into search engines to find your
site.

Aim to have around 250 words on each page, but if this is not desirable due to your
design, aim for at least 100 carefully chosen words. If you want to achieve
a high ranking on search engines, this text is essential. However, the search
engines must be able to read the text, meaning that the text must be in HTML
and not graphic format.

To find out if your text is in HTML format, take your cursor and try to highlight
a word or two. If you are able to do this, the text is HTML. If the text will
not highlight, it is probably in graphic form. In this case, ask your webmaster
to change the text into HTML format in order to increase your search engine
rankings.

Next we come to what is called metatags. I know this sounds like something out of
science fiction, but it is really just simple code. Many people believe that
metatags are the key to high search engine rankings, but in reality, they only
have a limited effect. Still, it's worth adding them in the event that a search
engine will use metatags in their ranking formula.

To find out if your page is set up with metatags, you must access the code. To
do this, click the "view" button on the browser menu bar, and select
"source". This will pull up a window revealing the underlying code
that created the page. If there are metatags, they usually appear near the top
of the window. For example, a metatag would read: meta name="keywords"
content=. If you do not find code that reads like this, ask your webmaster to
put them in. This may not do much for your search engine rankings, but any little
boost helps.

Lastly, we come to the issue of link popularity. This is a factor that is extremely
important in terms of search engine rankings. Almost all search engines use
link popularity to rank your website. Link popularity is based on the quality
of the sites you have linked to from your links page.

If you type in "free link popularity check" in a popular search engine,
the search engine will then show you what sites are linked to your site. In
the case that there aren't many sites linked up to yours, or that the sites
that are linked up have low search engine rankings, consider launching a link
popularity campaign. Essentially, this entails contacting quality sites and
requesting that they exchange links with your site. Of course, this requires
checking out the rankings of the websites you want to link up with. Linking
to popular, quality sites not only boosts your search engine ranking, but it
also directs more quality traffic to your website.

Search engine rankings are extremely important for a successful Internet Marketing
campaign. Before you go out and hire a search engine optimization company, try
taking some of the simple steps listed above, and see if you can't boost your

Why You Are Not Wealthy Today? There are many reasons that you don't have as much money today as you desire.

Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed
from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money,
then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and
therefore cannot help you get there. There are many ways how to do with your
unconscious mind.

1 .Get rid of these thoughts if you want to be wealthy someday. The Law of
Income says that wealth is first created in the mind. A Wealthy Self-Image
People who can't imagine themselves wealthy are not yet mature enough to become
wealthy.

2. Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed
from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money,
then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and
therefore cannot help you get there.

3. Those that do not have money have usually been taught to believe that money
is dirty or that it can't be earned in an honest way. So how will you find
your fortune, if your subconscious is being fed with things like, "All
rich people are dishonest and I don't want to be like that."?

What follows is clear, perhaps you believe that money changes, even spoils
people.

4. You have to be clear about the following fact: "Money itself doesn't
mean anything - it's just a piece of paper, a tool that can be used to trade
for material goods." Money is a "stand-in" for the things you
want to buy. Does this mean that all the things you buy are bad and rotten?
If that's true, why do people desire new cars? Imagine your job pays you "in
cars" instead of money - would you say now that cars are bad and rotten?

5. You set a goal with the best of intentions - but it clashes with unconscious
negative beliefs which stop you from following through. For ego you may decide
to start networking to increase the profile of your business. But guess what?
You hate the idea of promoting yourself in this way, because you have negative
beliefs about what networking involves. Or you may want to get a better grip

on your finances and attain financial freedom, but you have unconscious beliefs
about rich people (arrogant, uncaring, selfish etc).

6. Setting a goal should turn you on and get the juices going! If it's approached
as a "should do" "ought to" - you increase your chances
of not achieving it. Link the goal into a bigger picture, wider vista.

Ensure that you begin to feel excited about it - imagine the possibilities
that it opens up. You can try and set goals in isolation, but they work
best when they're part of something bigger that you're really enthusiastic
about.

7. If you didn't consider the possible obstacles/challenges when setting the
goal - this makes it a lot easier to fall back and give up when you meet difficulties. This
isn't an excuse to make excuses to stop you doing it altogether! Just
to take a slightly detached view of what could get in the way. Ask yourself
what challenges you might face and how you'll deal with them - offense
is the best form of defense! And sometimes you didn't achieve a
goal because things happened which were outside of your control.

As a small entrepreneur trying to start your first business, or any new business, you are faced with seemingly insurmountable issues all around. Don’t feel like you’re starting from scratch! Many others have gone before you, so instead of reinventing the wheel, learn from others what works and what doesn’t work. In this article, I’ll give you
some starting points and some resources. Ever business must provide these basic functions:

Manufacturing, Product Development, or Services

Many home-based businesses will sell products made by others (outsourced). In this
day of the Internet, this is instantly and easily accomplished by using drop
shippers from all over the world and by joining affiliate programs. Usually
there is no need to stock products at the entrepreneur’s place of business.

Sales

Very few people like to sell, but many home-based businesses are of the Network marketing variety requiring direct selling to succeed. Services must also be marketed
to the public to succeed. Even if all selling is done via a Website, there must
be a continuing marketing effort to drive buyers to that site.

Finance

Some home-based businesses are able to start with almost no money up front; that’s
wonderful. However, most will need some financing. Sources are personal assets,
personal loans, home mortgage, credit cards, and friends or family. Some will
also use venture capital

Personnel

For the home-based entrepreneur you may say there is no personnel function. Not
true. The entrepreneur is the employee, and the same issues relate to that person
as apply to employees in a Fortune 100 company with thousands of employees.
The entrepreneur is the personnel manager (now more commonly known as human
resources) and must establish appropriate policies for the employee (herself).

One of the first things all human relations departments do is produce an employee
handbook stating company policy with respect to duties and behavior of employees.
The small entrepreneur should write a short list of things she needs to do every
day to accomplish her objectives. Issues covered could be daily hours of work,
how to handle friends and family, ways to defeat isolationism from the surrounding
community, how to obtain any necessary training, and other problems related
to running the business.

In addition to these basic business requirements, the new entrepreneur must find
out everything about their products or services. There are thousands of Websites
offering training in how to start a business and what the owner must know and
do. All of these require some expense and much time to conquer their learning
curve. Even then, how do you have any confidence in what you have learned?

There are better ways. One is to use SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives.
Services are free and easily accessible on the Internet; there is likely a local
chapter near you. SCORE is an affiliate of the US Small Business Administration.

In the U.S. there is a nationwide community college system. Most of these have
a small business development center (SBDC) where the entrepreneur can obtain
help with problems. Call your local college for information.

Most public and private colleges and universities also have small business assistance.

It’s true. You can’t really get what you want in life until you have given
it to others. Doesn’t sound like it makes much sense, does it? How can

receive, and you give with the faith and expectation of receiving. A similar
modern example can be seen in
the film ‘Pay It Forward’. By giving to others, you allow good things
to happen to you. And this all boils down to the simple law of attraction.

The law of attraction is like any other law of nature, like gravity. And like gravity,
it is not one that has been generally ‘discovered’ yet. As a result,
most of us are walking around thinking in a completely disordered paradigm.

Disordered paradigms of thought are displayed over and over in history, and discoveries
of natural laws and

observations of reality have brought order to transform the mistaken beliefs

life is seeking to be expressed through us, and it is being blocked. Self-sabotage
is a very real process working in the invisible realms of the unconscious mind.

can use to reprogram that all powerful unconscious mind of yours, to order your
own life as you want it. Yes, there IS a way to eliminate the chaos in your
life, and it starts within. It starts by eliminating the often unseen chaos
in your own mind.

The technique in this article is only one of a vast array that you can use on a

A Brief History Of MLM In China

MLM began to grow roots in socialist China in the early 90’s, when the usual suspects such as Amway, Avon and Mary Kay began to introduce the concept of free enterprise to a suppressed people, starved of any real opportunity to realize their own dreams and maximize their potential. In the beginning, the Chinese government closed an eye on the new business model that was rapidly gaining popularity, but this policy proved to be costly. Because of the lack of regulations, many illegal pyramid schemes also grew, and it became increasingly difficult to distinguish the real ones from the scams.

In 1998, the collapse of one of the pyramid scams sparked a riot and deaths in at least one city, and the Chinese government reacted by completely banning all forms of multi-level direct selling business models. What started out a promising new world ended with a quick death, and the people were furious. Caught in unfamiliar territory between an unsettled population and the political power of large US multinational MLM companies, the government quickly amended her earlier decision by providing an interim solution - direct selling companies could continue to operate, provided that they only offer their products through fixed locations. Customers must be able to come to these fixed locations to purchase the products, to get refunds or to get technical support.

Existing leaders were employed into their respective companies as store managers or sales representatives, and the structure of their organizations was maintained. Stores
started accepting two kinds of customers, retail customers who paid regular
prices, and wholesale customers who paid a yearly membership fee to buy at wholesale prices. Recruiting by individuals was strictly prohibited, and stores could only take orders from customers who visited their physical locations.

In short, MLM was allowed to live but with broken arms. For a brief moment, though, it kept everyone happy

Waiting For The Right Time

Even though China decided harshly on network marketing, investors were not ready
to leave. American companies had dumped in huge amounts of capital in terms of factories, plants and training. With a potential US$50 billion market yet to be fully explored, this was probably the last frontier for explosive growth, and there was simply no way they were going to just pack up and leave. They simple played a different game, seeking to expand their network of retail stores throughout the country. China Daily reported recently that Herbalife International, one of the ”Big Five” direct selling enterprises in the United States (Avon, Amway, Mary Kay and NuSkin are the others) will open 30 stores by the end of 2005. When the time finally came, these could easily be converted into distribution centers for their network marketing business model. Amway has been in China for more than a decade, with 180,000 active SRs - sales revenue, according to company sources, went from 6 billion yuan in 2002 to 10 billion yuan in 2003.
It hit 17 billion yuan in 2004. In the gray market area, many of these network
marketing companies were still operating with a somewhat multi-level business
model, taking advantage of a time when the government is reluctant to take action
until a final verdict has been passed.

Just
like in a game of chess, it became crucial for them to anticipate the next three
moves of their opponent before they made theirs. The name of the new game was
to “wait and see” and they were getting better and better at it,
but they were not alone.

Made
In China

Although the first to enter the Chinese market were American-based companies,
they were by no means the largest or most popular. As the enterprising Chinese
mind caught on to the idea, a whole new wave of Chinese MLM companies were born,
some of which gained astounding success in a very short period of time.

One
such company is Tianshi Health Products of Beijing and Tianjin, China. Founded
by Mr. Jinyuan Li, a highly respected business leader in China, Tianshi started
out selling dietary supplements and traditional Chinese herb products. With
2,000 employees and state-of-the-art equipment, Tianshi managed to grow to an
amazing 3 million distributors in China at its peak, before 1998.

When
the iron curtain fell in 1998, its operations were converted to 1,000 stores
throughout China. They then established bases in Asia and Europe, as well as
an American headquarters near Seattle, Washington, and Tianshi gained success
measurable success elsewhere, notably in the Russian market and established
bases in Asia and Europe.

As
an added bonus, China has within its 4000-year-old treasure chest an amazing
amount of health and medical knowledge, traditional healing techniques, rare
and sought-after herbs, and an overall sense of mystique and awe. Health and
beauty products from China are hot not only in Asia, but in may parts of Europe
and America as well. The recent push towards modernization by the Chinese government,
and the consumer reality of seeing “Made in China” on the label
of most electrical goods and other items meant that Chinese products were becoming
a brand name fast.

And
her people were getting smarter too. According to MLMWoman.com, “Chinese
people are learning fast “what is an opportunity, and what is not. They
are comparing compensation plans—and prefer the ‘hybrid plans’
that do well in the USA.”

A
massive population of smart people with an entrepreneur spirit, a land previously
barren of real opportunities for personal benefits, an abundance of unique products
and services, and a period of rapid changes for what is probably the last source
of explosive growth for e-commerce and the Internet. It seems like the Promised
Land for all network marketers, yet it may never be so.

What
Will Change?

Researching various sources, I have found a few key areas that will be addressed
by the Chinese government. Most of these are still unofficial, and some of them
are but mere rumors:

Direct
sales could be approved as a valid business model, but the compensation plan
may only be single level. This would mean that existing network marketing companies
could once again venture outside their retail stores, but recruiting will probably
be strictly prohibited. By this the government would also effectively rule out
the possibility of MLM in China forever.

To do business in China a network marketing company must have 10 million in
capital invested locally, and a $200,000 insurance deposit. This would effectively
rule out start-ups and the smaller, second-tier companies, and could only be
applicable to foreign multinationals.

Stiff penalties for illegal violators, and those that operate without legal
approval will become blacklisted. This would effectively address any gray market
activities.

These are just speculations, and the actual changes may be much more complicated
and intensive. Although the situation may seem to disfavor network marketing,
it’s important to note that throughout its 40-year history, this has always
been the case. Governments have always misunderstood network marketing, and
in most countries today it is merely “accepted” but not legally
or publicly endorsed.

But
times have changed since Nutrilite, mostly by mistake, designed the first-ever
multi-level compensation plan that would change the world. Proof and case study
data are easily obtainable today, and pressure is mounting on the Chinese government
to provide its citizens opportunities to live a better life. She is struggling
to police the Internet, which could her provide its citizens access to Internet-based
MLM opportunities. Her people, after years of being told to work for the country,
now also want to work for themselves. The final verdict just may, with the slightest
of hope, go in the opposite direction.

7 REASONS WHY YOU DON'T ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

Why You Are Not Wealthy Today? There are many reasons that you don't have as much money today as you desire.
Clearly this person is carrying around a mental image that says: "If you have much money, you'll be ruined by it and you don't want that. So, it is better to remain poor than seek wealth." The consequence of such thinking is, not surprisingly, a lack of money.
Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money, then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and therefore cannot help you get there. There are many ways how to do with your unconscious mind.

1 . Get rid of these thoughts if you want to be wealthy someday. The Law of Income says that wealth is first created in the mind. A Wealthy Self-Image People who can't imagine themselves wealthy are not yet mature enough to become wealthy.

2. Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money, then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and therefore cannot help you get there.

3. Those who do not have money have usually been taught to believe that money is dirty or that it can't be earned in an honest way. So how will you find your fortune, if your subconscious is being fed with things like, "All rich people are dishonest and I don't want to be like that."?
What follows is clear, perhaps you believe that money changes, even spoils people.

4. You have to be clear about the following fact: "Money itself doesn't mean anything - it's just a piece of paper, a tool that can be used to trade for material goods." Money is a "stand-in" for the things you want to buy. Does this mean that all the things you buy are bad and rotten? If that's true, why do people desire new cars? Imagine your job pays you "in cars" instead of money - would you say now that cars are bad and rotten?

5. You set a goal with the best of intentions - but it clashes with unconscious negative beliefs which stop you from following through. For eg you may decide to start networking to increase the profile of your business. But guess what? You hate the idea of promoting yourself in this way, because you have negative beliefs about what networking involves. Or you may want to get a better grip
on your finances and attain financial freedom, but you have unconscious beliefs about rich people (arrogant, uncaring, selfish etc).

6. Setting a goal should turn you on and get the juices going! If it's approached as a "should do" "ought to" - you increase your chances of not achieving it. Link the goal into a bigger picture, wider vista.
Ensure that you begin to feel excited about it - imagine the possibilities that it opens up. You can try and set goals in isolation, but they work best when they're part of something bigger that you're really enthusiastic about.

7. If you didn't consider the possible obstacles/challenges when setting the goal - this makes it a lot easier to fall back and give up when you meet difficulties. This isn't an excuse to make excuses to stop you doing it altogether! Just to take a slightly detached view of what could get in the way. Ask yourself what challenges you might face and how you'll deal with them - offense is the best form of defense! And............ sometimes you didn't achieve a goal because things happened which were outside of your control.

In network marketing the hardest thing to do is get new lead and tell a new person what to do. The failure in the first step make us on despair , and want to give up . Few tips how to recovery losing files by using tool

Once upon times, I was so stress because of losing files where I had been working for five years. The important files contained all manager decision in my office. I could not imagine how my manager would be angry to me. I tried to contact a Data Recovery Consultant that I had to contact at night. Although the Data Recovery Consultant never promised that they could find them, but my great expectation as high as mountain. I had not been able to sleep for three days because of felling afraid to my boss. The final decision, I had to pay million dollars to the Data Recovery Consultant. I was so naïf, because I never knew what I had to do before with my data in a computer. I do not want my bad experiences, happened to others people.
Let’s describe step by step, one must do before virus or others trouble shooting computer happen to you. Do not save your data files in CD, because it is not clever decision.

1. Master a basic how to save your data files.
Shut down your computer when you know your files lost. Do not try to restart. Quickly open the casing and take hard disk out. We hope that your data files still remain in hard disk, although you can not see in Explorer.
The system will write to blank hard disk when the installations boot process.

2. Recovery data with tool
Your data files will be saved, if your hard disk is not full. We can describe as like below.
The hard disk have been off, placed as a slave on PC and better placed in casing USB external.
Using PC inspector file recovery tool (freeware) and o & o UnErase(shareware). Freeware tool would scan your hard disk and explain all data files have been complete removed. You could restore all data files from table.

3. How to recovery removed partition.
Do not be worried when drive have been removed from Bios or file manager. It mean your data files was not complete removed, it only caused Master Boot Record (MBR) can not read rightly. you don't have as much money today as you desire.
Clearly this person is carrying around a mental image that says: "If you have much money, you'll be ruined by it and you don't want that. So, it is better to remain poor than seek wealth." The consequence of such thinking is, not surprisingly, a lack of money.
Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money, then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and therefore cannot help you get there. There are many ways how to do with your unconscious mind.
1 .Get rid of these thoughts if you want to be wealthy someday. The Law of Income says that wealth is first created in the mind. A Wealthy Self-Image People who can't imagine themselves wealthy are not yet mature enough to become wealthy.

2. Everything begins in the mind as a thought - life is a game that is directed from between your ears. If you can't "see" yourself with money, then your subconscious still doesn't have a clear picture of how to act and therefore cannot help you get there.

3. Those that do not have money have usually been taught to believe that money is dirty or that it can't be earned in an honest way. So how will you find your fortune, if your subconscious is being fed with things like, "All rich people are dishonest and I don't want to be like that."?
What follows is clear, perhaps you believe that money changes, even spoils people.

4. You have to be clear about the following fact: "Money itself doesn't mean anything - it's just a piece of paper, a tool that can be used to trade for material goods." Imagine your job pays you "in cars" instead of money - would you say now that cars are bad and rotten?

5. You set a goal with the best of intentions - but it clashes with unconscious negative beliefs which stop you from following through. For ego you may decide to start networking to increase the profile of your business. But guess what? You hate the idea of promoting yourself in this way, because you have negative beliefs about what networking involves. Or you may want to get a better grip
on your finances and attain financial freedom, but you have unconscious beliefs about rich people (arrogant, uncaring, selfish etc).

6. Setting a goal should turn you on and get the juices going! If it's approached as a "should do" "ought to" - you increase your chances of not achieving it. Link the goal into a bigger picture, wider vista.
Ensure that you begin to feel excited about it - imagine the possibilities that it opens up. You can try and set goals in isolation, but they work best when they're part of something bigger that you're really enthusiastic about.

7. If you didn't consider the possible obstacles/challenges when setting the goal - this makes it a lot easier to fall back and give up when you meet difficulties. This isn't an excuse to make excuses to stop you doing it altogether! Just to take a slightly detached view of what could get in the way. Ask yourself what challenges you might face and how you'll deal with them - offense is the best form of defense! And sometimes you didn't achieve a goal because things happened which were outside of your control.

Digital divide become problem in Developing Country. Lack of Information Communication Technology infrastructure and high cost license software, make high cost for Internet user. The effect of the problems, people become difficult to get global information. Finally, Developing country people difficult to make progress in live and economy. The problems also effect to community and personal to find business breakthrough and business opportunity.
Based on Declaration World Summit on the Information Society, December 2003 at Jenewa and based on research of United Nation Conference on Trade Development (UNCTAD) in 2003, the Developing Country was recommended to use Open Source Software ( OSS).
What are the advantages to use Open Source Software (OSS), please read our description below,

Your files lost, what should you do?

We always do any think every day, write down your concept on varieties formats, as Word, excel, Power Point, outlook, outlook Express, Hot mail, Yahoo, Netscape, Incredi Mail, database, Auto CAD, quick Books, Microsoft SQL, MYOB, and MPEG, AVI, Mp3. You usually use media, as hard drive, drive USB, ZIP disk, Compact Flash card, Smart Media or Sony Memory Sticks. What will you do? If you lost all works that you have done. Of course, your business stopped and you can not make decision, because all decision business in your files.
You can recovery all your data file by using recover software. The software can find the files that have been delete. Perhaps, you will give us argument how about the recycle been. Luckily, we can not find in recycle been. We only give you few tips solution. There are few steps,

1.Preparation
Please open tool “Menu start / all program/ Recover my files” A wizard will welcome you, to begin searching process. If you don't want to use the tool, throw away the check mark on” Show Wizard on start up”
Choosing “ Manual set option “ For setting the tool.
On “ Files Types”, you can establish the files that you want looking for.
On “ Tab Search “ You can establish files measurement.
On Tab “ Advanced”, part of “ Search level “ , choose “ Sector level Search”
For deeper search” And click “OK”

2. Filter files that you searched
Do searching process in order your work going smoothly, you should limit the process through feature “ Filter”. Click “ Filter” on the menu bar. Through filter window, you can make filter classification, based on file name, file date, file keyword. You only give check on check march column. Click “OK”

3.Establish search location
The third step, we invite you to begin searching process. Choose “Start search “ for come back to Wizard. And then click “ Complete search” for all searching process. Click “ Next” for following window. The coming window, you can establish search location, by making active one drive or folder. You can use the strategy, if you know the files location before. If you forget, please make active all.

4.beginning search process
You can click “ Next” after doing the third step above. Add format files that you are looking for. Remember! Many files that you choose, affect to the search processing. You can see result on “ Search Result”

5.Export list to file
After searching process over, please see data and information on “ Preview” and “ Event Log “ below. Save the files through “ Save Files “ on menu bar.
Click “ File / Export list to CSV file”
You can open the files, using EXELL.

6.Burning process
We sometime have big files that have success ed to recovery. We need big media to save for this condition. You can use CD or DVD, please see the process. Choose “ Recover / Save to CD or DVD. CD – RW or DVD RW ROM is automatically detected on “ Select Device” , and then click “ Start Burn” beginning burning process. The time of burning process depend on your CD capacity. Using Internet technology is expensive in developing country and poor country. The causes are varieties, beside lack of network infrastructure, expensive hardware and software, although software is developed to open source now days. Based on World Summit Information Society (WSIS) at Jenewa, followed by 150 countries and 12000 degelation world wide, declared that developing country and poor country should get target to be Global Information Society in 20015. The delegation sure, people that know much global information, get achieve Millennium Development Gold (MDG) target easily. Finally, economy improvement will be achieved.
Poor countries that has digital divide problem, quickest way to achieve the target, must find cheap network infrastructure. WIFI or wireless fidelity is solution to implement it. Indonesia, as one of developing country at south east Asia is successful to implement it. We are sure, the infrastructure obstacles are difference between one country and others. We can tell, the benefits to use WIFI,

1.WIFI can be developed without cable and connect building to building, use radio wave with free frequency 2,4 GHZ. WIFI has send and receive capacity until 54Mbps.

Get new shape for one month

We get surprised, looking to the mirror, our body getting fat, much fat in our stomach, breast . Dangerous ! We will have important meeting with our prospect, or few days later, we will get married. How to get new shape and slim body before the event coming. We have few strategies. You should be discipline, without it, impossible you get it.

1.Discipline in eating time
We have three times eating in a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It looks so simple, but people tend to neglect it. We sometimes have not time for breakfast, because of busy time. Remember ! Purpose to have breakfast in order to have energy to do activity . Keep in mind ! Eat one piece of bread so that you do not eat so much at night. Avoid eating much carbohydrate at lunch time, as potatoes, rice. Changed to vegetables and beans. Do not consume carbohydrate after five PM.

2.Drink much clear water
People should drink at least 2 until 21/2 liter a day. Seem to much, but the clear water that we drink can help our health. Try to drink one glass before eating . Avoid to eat much because felling full. If you get bored with clear water, change with vegetables and fluid food.

3.Keep on moving
Doing activity is useful than keep staying on chair or watching TV. Keep activity every hour, as going down stair or up stair, doing household and others. Doing activity, burn your calorie.

4.Stomach gymnastic
Doing stomach gymnastic is good, just doing seven minutes a day, after get up and before going to bed at night. Your stomach look flatter and slim.

5.Relaxation
Getting stress is one reason make your diet fail. Women tend to eat much and doing shopping aimless when feeling stress. Please do yoga or going to Spa for relaxation so that your diet get maximal. Try ! Try ! And get a new shape!
